Care should be exercised when completing your details on this form as it becomes our primary reference point .Site sharing or “Piggy Backing” is not permitted, unless there is a genuine company link. If in doubt please contact us for more information. Cancellations All cancellations must be in writing and forwarded to the Ag-Grow QMIX office, either by fax, post or email. Please follow up with the office to confirm that your cancellation has been received. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 30TH APRIL 2012. Site Allocations The organization’s policy states that exhibitors are to be allocated the same site as the previous year. The organization will make every effort to follow this policy however reserve the right to alter allocations at their discretion when necessary. Should you have a special request or specific need that should be considered when the organization is allocating your site please attach it in writing to your booking form. Site allocation maps will be available end June 2012. Full payment of sites is required by the 30th April 2012. Sites will not be allocated until full payment of invoice is received. |
